Absence From School
If your child is absent from school, you should send a note to explain the reason to the class teacher. If your child is going to be absent for an extended period of time please let the office and/or teacher know.
The Home/School Liaison Officer checks the rolls from time to time, and will make contact with parents regarding unexplained absences.
If there is a need to collect your child during the day for some important purpose, you should notify the class teacher and call at the school office prior to leaving.
Children are not permitted to leave the school grounds from the time of arrival to the time of dismissal unless authority is given by parents.
Late Arrivals
Children who arrive at school after the bell will need to be accompanied by a parent/caregiver and signed in at the office before going to class.
