Enrolment
Children may enrol in Kindergarten at the beginning of the school year if they turn five years of age on or before 31st July in that year.
The incoming Kindergarten children and parents visit the school on Orientation Days (in November of the year prior to starting). This is an opportunity to ask questions and familiarise yourselves and your children with toilets, classrooms, etc.
During your child's visits he/she will be introduced to his/her buddy (Senior students). Our "Best Buddy" system aims at giving your child a special friend for orientation days, on enrolment day and throughout the term/year. It also promotes leadership within our Senior students.
You will be asked to provide or complete the following documentation:
- Application for Enrolment
- Birth Certificate or identity documents
- Immunisation Certificate
- Proof of Address
- Court Orders/Legal Documents (if applicable)
- General Consent Form
You will also learn about the Parents and Citizens Association (P&C), the Canteen Committee, After School Care (GASC) and other services available through the school.
