Introduction
Welcome to Gerringong Public School.
I am looking forward to knowing your child and forming a partnership between school and home.
At Gerringong Public School our motto is We Will Achieve! This underpins our belief in providing a quality learning program for your child. Our aim is to ensure that all children have an opportunity to develop their individual talents and to be provided with a range of educational, social and extra curricula activities that assists in the development of the 'whole child'.
I believe there is a real need for a strong partnership between school and home if we are to succeed together, in ensuring your child has every opportunity to reach his/her full potential. We endeavour to communicate regularly with parents and assure you that we welcome communication from parents and invite you, as well as your children, to feel welcome and involved in our school.
Finally, I hope you and your family develop strong ties with the school becoming part of our learning community. We have a responsibility to provide a safe, happy educational environment in which your child will develop a love of learning and the appropriate skills required for future success.
